Webull is equipped with various security features, including the use of passwords, PINs, face ID, and pattern locks. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. Every time you intend to log in to your account, the first step you need to take is to enter that password. After successfully registering your account, you will also be prompted to set a PIN. This PIN will be required every time you want to access asset details, make deposits and withdrawals, or engage in trading. You can also enable the Face ID or pattern lock feature as an alternative to the PIN to enhance the confidentiality of your account. In the Webull settings, the Two-Factor Authentication feature is also enabled by default. In this case, when you log in on a new device, you will be asked to enter an OTP (One-Time Password) before gaining access to your account. The settings for Two-Factor Authentication can be accessed through the Settings section, then open the Account Security menu, and select the Two-Factor Authentication option. In this section, you will also have visibility into the devices currently using your account and made changes on the devices if needed. Always maintain the security of your account by keeping sensitive information such as passwords, PINs, and OTPs confidential. Webull never requests customers' confidential personal data for any reason by having them fill out a link or any other means. We also affirm that Webull does not engage in partnerships or grant authorization to any party to access customers' accounts and personal data.
